Course Outline

The course objective:
Change the way leaders make decisions in organisations using data that connects people and business performance.

INTRODUCTION

In the introduction module you will look at the concept ‘People drive organisational performance’. This is followed by an overview of the course and an intro to psychological safety and Conductor.

MODULE 1 - Understanding Teams through Psychological Safety

This module introduces two key concepts:

• Work is performed in teams

• Leaders influence team psychological safety.

MODULE 2 - Understanding Teams Through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

This module introduces two key concepts:

• KPIs measure people’s impact on organisational performance

• How to use KPIs to measure potential opportunity and risk.

MODULE 3 - Integrating Perspectives

This module introduces two key concepts:

• How to link people and performance

• Psychologically safe leadership

MODULE 4 - Delivering Impact

This module supports you to take your practice to the next level. You will take what you’ve learned, apply it to your clients’ organisation and drive meaningful change by unlocking potential.

CONCLUSION

This final session is about putting together everything that you’ve learned and taking time to reflect. We will go over the final reports, answer any questions you have and ensure that you’re on the right track.
